200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Premix (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed components into a pot, bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Next, turn off the burner allowing it to cool completely. Pour to a clean bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.
For the Batch Mix: Pour all the liquids in a large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your mixing glass packed with ice, and stir gently for one minute to cool it down. Pour to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with some cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
